Ben Staley began his cooking career in the industry at the age of 12, working on the line and quickly gaining a knowledge and appreciation for what goes into great food. He took this education to heart, and while he remains true to his basic knowledge of excellent food, Ben has come a long way and now aims to provide unique, modern dishes that introduce a variety of textures, aromatics, and flavour combinations. By building close ties with local producers and other small business owners, Ben focuses on keeping everything as local as possible in order to provide a memorable, authentic experience for his clients. Ben takes a unique approach to creating great food, and focuses on using modern applications, custom equipment, and organic ingredients to provide his clients with a meal unlike any other served in Edmonton.
Ben thrives on pressure and loves to push himself to come up with innovative dishes, whether by putting his own spin on classics that people know and love, or creating meals that have never been served before. He hopes, by providing exceptional service and exciting dishes, to offer an experience his clients won’t soon forget.
